My name is Emilena Turley. I am running for re-election for the Queen Creek Town Council. I've voted in support of building more roads, lowering regulations, avoiding debt, and lowering thousands of dollars in business fees. I've presented creative ideas to build new parks without additional debt. I've worked to preserve the small town feel we all love while supporting responsible, sustainable growth. I've advocated for the preservation of family values. I've voted in support of all public safety efforts and I've refused to raise your taxes. In 2016 I was named Hero of the Taxpayer and in 2017 I was named Friend of the Taxpayer.

I currently serve on the Transportation Advisory Committee as I recognize the urgent need of even more roads. I've served on the Chambers Education Committee in support of all efforts for excellent education in Queen Creek. I assisted in the Public Safety Master Plan Update to assist in the continuance of keeping our community safe. I've served on the budget committee as I recognize our need to be ever so careful with each tax dollar. I've served on the Economic Development Committee as I understand our small businesses are the life force of a strong economy!
